The AurPersonal - Love is a unique product that we sell at AurLamp. It is personable, meaning you must fill out the questions on this page to order this product. Everything from the image to the text is customized to exactly what you place. Please make sure you are inputting everything correctly.

  1. Input Your Custom Items – On the product page, insert your custom image and text.
  2. Created For You – We will create the lamp exactly to what you have inputted on this page. This takes slightly longer than typical products.
  3. Enjoy the Lamp – Once received, it works like a traditional lamp. Plug it in!

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is free for orders over $70. Once processed, it will take approximately 7-15 business days for delivery. Note: For custom products, it adds on 2-4 extra business days in order to create your product.

Refunds for Personalized Products

If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are very sorry. However, because the product is personalized, there is NO refund. We do not process refunds for personalized products.
